Wine selection of the week:

Greener Planet: 40% Shiraz, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. A wonderful wine from France that is spicy with tones of dark berries and goes well with vegetarian dishes.

Layer Cake: Primitivo 2006 from Italy. Hints of mocha, fruit, chocolate and a splash of spice to finish it off.

Cheese selection of the week:

Italian Fontina: Great for melting or on a platter with fruit and veggies.

Saxon Green Fields cheese: A Wisconsin cheese that is light and fruity and goes well with white fruity wines in the summertime. Also known as flavor by nature cheese.
